Processing Times

All orders (excluding wholesale orders) can take up to 3-5 days to process, and an additional 3-5 business days to deliver. Wholesale orders can take up to 2 weeks to prepare and process, this excludes shipping time [please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your wholesale package to deliver.

Contact us at if there are any changes/edits to your order or shipping address before it is processed. Please take a moment to confirm your shipping address when you receive your confirmation email. We are not able to change your shipping address once your order has been processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.


You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier. 

If there has been no movement on your package or if it has been lost or stuck in transit after 7 business days, notify us so we are able to properly assist your order. Any notifications after 30 days cannot be assisted as it has exceeded the time frame.

Fifty Two Cosmetics is not responsible for incorrect addresses. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If your confirmation email states a different address or if it needs editing, please email us at so we can update it in a timely manner. 

Fifty Two Cosmetics is not responsible for stolen packages, once your package is in transit or marked as 'delivered' by the carrier it is no longer in our control. If your area is at high risk for stolen packages we advise you to choose the “USPS Priority Mail” shipping option when checking out.  All orders shipped Priority Mail include insurance coverage, the amount of coverage depends on the postage pricing you receive. You can file a domestic Priority Mail claim online at or by mail, in the event that your shipment is lost or damaged.


USPS will occasionally mark a package as delivered and will then deliver it 24 hours from that time. Please check with your neighbors as it is possible it could have gone in the wrong mailbox or check with anyone in your household as they might have received it on your behalf. We recommend waiting those 24 hours before you proceed with action. 

Fifty Two Cosmetics is not responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
